John Brenton (1964 - ongoing)

John was born in 1964 in Nanpean, Cornwall. He excelled at art in school which eventually led to an Honours degree in creative art. As an artist who prefers to paint from life using oils, the subject matter is the motivation for his paintings and the personal response to a landscape.

John’s work is directed towards meeting the challenge of painting the awe-inspiring beauty of the Cornish coastline where he was born and raised.
