Sheila Tolley (1939 - 2021)

Sheila Tolley, although born in Birmingham is firmly established as a

West Country painter and is now a Senior Academician at the Royal West of England Academy.  Sheila has strong links with Cornwall  but has also exhibited at all the major institutions in London  including the Royal Academy, the R.O.I, and the R.W.S.

Sheila has twice won the Cornelissen  Painting Prize  but  her skills encompass printmaking and mixed media.  Her work has been exhibited throughout the country and abroad.
